Our recipe is not the Best it is simply one of.
Here are some SUGGESTION:

-Use 10 instead of 6 Lemons if you Enjoy the Lemon Taste.

-Do not Peel all the Lemon togheter simly Peel them while you use them.

-Add some Citronella it will give a Greener Color and a stronger Taste.

-The quantity of Sugar may vary from 300gr to 800gr depending on Personal Tasteali

-The Lemon are the Main Ingredients, they do not have to be too Ripe and their Quality is Essential.

They must not be threated with CHEMICAL or you will get them all.

Where can I get the Lemon
Where can I get the Bottle
How and When to Serve Limoncello

- The Best thing is to have a Lemon Tree or a friend with a Lemon Tree.

- Never Buy Lemon that you Find in Supermarket that are in a Net. They are threated with a Special Wax that would affect the Taste.

-Try to buy Lemon from Biological Culture.

In the South of Italy you can Find many Nice Bottle but any Glass Bottle would do the Job.

-The Bottle needs to be New or it should have been used only for Aliments

-It needs to have a Tight Cap. Cork cap are not suitable because they get Pasty with the Sugar.

-The Alcool bottle is Ideal, Mind the Neck if you want to Recycle it because you will need to get the Skins out.

-How Should I Serve the Limoncello? Iced, the more Cold the better it is. Put also the Glass in the Fridge.

-Which are the Best Glasses? Limoncello Glasses are normally very Small. You can get it twice if you like but if the glass is too big the Limoncello would get too Warm

- When? After dinner (Limoncello is a Digestive Liquor) or during the Evening in place of the Traditional Alcoholic Drink.
